Apr. 16 Trial against leading members of Baader/Meinhop coup starts again on June 5th - three counsels now definitely excluded from the defence: The trial against Ulrike Meinhof, Andreas Baader, Gudrun Ensslin and Jan-Carl Raspe, leading members of the so-called Baadar/Meinshof group will start again on June 5th. It is now definitive, taht three counsels of Andres Baadar and Jan-Carl Respa will be excluded from the defence of any of the four defendants during the whole trial. The proceedings, which started on May 21st, had been postponed, so the criminal court could discuss this matter. The three counsels Klaus Croissant, Christian Stecebele and Kurt Groenwold, are suspected of being accomplishes of the defendants.
