May 1975 The trial against leading members of the Baader/Meinhof group in Stuttgart The trial against Ulrike Meinhof, Andreas Baader, Gudrun Ensslyn and Jan-Carl Raspe, leading members of the so-called Baader/Meinhof group, opened in Stuttgart. The trial, which took three years of preparation, however only lasted for 7 hours, then it was adjourned to May 36th.
