Heiress Sarah Skinner stands Surety for bail.: Michael Dandy Kim Caborn-Waterfield appeared at Bow Street this morning on remand on a warrant under the Extradition Act accusing him of theft within the jurisdiction of the French Govt. He was grants bail 12, 000. Sureties of 2, 000 himself - and 5, 000 each - Mr. Hope Lumley - and Miss Sarah Skinner - his 23 year old hairess friend. Dandy Kim was sentenced - in his absence to four years jail by a French Court in 1955 for his alleged part in the Jack Warner Riviera villa robbery six years ago).
