Mar. 03, 1961 - Victor Terry found Guilty of Murder - Sentenced to Death. Victor Terry (20) was today sentenced to death - for the murder of Worthing Bank Guard - John Pull. Valerie Salter (18) his girl friend - was found guilty of being and accessory after the fact - and was put on probation for 12 months. Alan Hosier (20) of Hounslow was sentenced to life imprisonment - and Philip Tucker to imprisonment during the Queen's pleasure both having been found guilty of non - capital murder.
