Feb. 02, 1963 - Rudolf Augstein set free of the arrest: The Hamburg publisher of the magazine Spiegel, Rudolf Augstein, was set free of the arrest after 104 days as the last of the arrested Spiegel - editors yesterday. The National Law Courts in karlsruhe has the opinion that now there is no longer the danger of prejudicing the course of justice. In the television-studio of the Southgerman Broadcasting Corporation Rudolf Augstein gave an interview after his setting free.
