JAMES COONEY shouted out in court at the Old Bailey yesterday - He killed my son and I'll kill him - that's certain - he interrupted a speech by Mr. Victor Durand Q.C. in mitigation for 28 year old steeplejack JAMES NASH who had been found guilty of causing grievous bodily harm to SELWYN KEITH COONEY before he was killed at the Pen Club, Stepney. Nash, of Charing Cross Road, London was Jailed for five years. Sentences of 18 months each were passed on JOHN ALEXANDER HEAD (28) and JOHN HENRY PYLE (25) both of Carshalton, Surrey. They had been found guilty as accessories after the fact of causing grievous bodily harm. MR. COONEY was escorted from the court. Keystone Photo Shows: MR.
