Jun. 06, 1960 - Dominic elwes appears in court on Assault charge. Man-about-town Dominic elwes appeared in court yesterday court yesterday accused of assaulting Mrs. Nancy Yvonne Colbourne Malpas who is a partner in a west end Detective agency, Mrs. Colobours malpas claim she went to serve a subpoena on Elwes - he screwed it up and pushed it down the front of her dress. She also says she nearly caught her hand in the car door - when she tied to place the commons on the seat to the Elwes car and that she was punched in the back. Outside the court duing the hearing was Elwe's wife - Tessa the heiress with whom he eloped three years ago. photo shows Mrs. Nancy Yvonne Colbourne Malpa yesterday
