Feb. 02, 1961 - Jury trial to agree in the kiss in car case: In the High Court today, the jury failed to agree in the Kiss in the car case, in which Mr. Gerald Seley, 30, of Bickenhall Mansions, Baker street and his fiancess, Miss Anne Firman, 24, of Watford road, Harrow, claim damages against P.C. allege false imprisonment, malicious prosecution, assault and conspiracy. The action followed the acquittal of Mr. Selby and Miss Firman at London Sessions in May 1959, on charges of outraging public decency while in Mr. Selby's car in Ennismore - gardens Kensington, on April 10, 1959.
