Mar. 03, 1964 - Bank robber shot by police: After robbing some ninethousand Marks from a bank in Frankfurt Werner Schulz (Werner Schulz), 28, was fatally wounded by a police bullet when he tried to flee over roofs on neighbouring houses. Police arrested him and carried him to the nearest hospital. The gun used by Schulz for his hold up was found empty, it had not been loaded
