May 25, 1963 - ?200, 000 Bulllion raid in London: A well-organized gang staged a bullion raid in London yesterday and got away with more than ?200, 000 worth of the stuff. Three bandists took the gold-in 271b bars-from the bullion warehouse of Sharps, Pixleyland Company in Finsbury. They had cosed and tied up the foreman porter Percu Houghton, 55, when a bullion shipment was being received. Photo shows One of teh bullion bars left behind. A detective carries it away
