Mar. 03, 1964 - Bank robber shot by police: After robbing some nine thousand marks from a bank in Frankfurt Werner Schulz (Werner Schulz), 28, was fatally wounded by a police bullet when he tried to flee over roofs on neighboring houses. Police arrested him and carried him to the nearest hospital. The gun used by Schulz forhold up was found empty, it had not been loaded
