Jan. 01, 1965 - South-Tyrol-process in Munich: Before the court in Munich on January 25th began the process against the Vienna student josef zinki(Josef zinkl - 24) and his friends peter wittinger (peter wittinger - 27) and Rudolf Hebler (Rudolf Hessler -23) The three young men have to justify because of participation in a underground organization and a criminal union with judgement. But the key-person of this process, the university assistant Dr.Norbert Burger (Josef Burger) from Innsbruck at present is in imprisonment on remand in Graz/Austria. He is said to haves founded a underground organisation in Munich. The three defendants should be not only members of this organization, they also should have been trained by Dr.Burger for explosive assaults in south Tyrol. one of the defendants, peter Wittinger, during the proceedings on January 25th acknowledged, that he has tried to cross the border to Italy near chiasso under cover of darkness, in order to blow up high-tension cables.
