Jan. 01, 1966 - BEN BARKA SCANDAL BEN BARKA'S BROTHER PRESENT AT OPENING OF FIGON'S CASES: Cases containing the possessions of Georges Figon, key witness in the sensational Ben Barka case - were opened today by Judge Zollinger, the examining magistrate. Abdelkader Ben Barka, brother of Ben Barka, was present. A tape recording which it was hoped would help police, inquiring into the disappearance of Mr. Ben Barka, the Moroccan politician, contained only details of a film script.
