Jul. 07, 1964 - The Strangler Is Arrested.. The Strangler is in the hands of the police. The self-proclaimed murderer of 10-year old Luc Taron said he had committed a new murder in a car belonging to Lucien Leger. After interrogating Leger, police detectives found that Leger and The Strangler were one and the same person. Lucien Leger confessed he was The Strangler and that he had assassinated Luc Taron. ops/ Handcuffed, Lucien Leger, 27, is in the hands of the police
