Jun. 06, 1966 - Trial term on the Zugepitz-mountain (2995 m)/Bavaria : On May 15th, 1965 10 persons were killed and 23 persons were injured by an avalanche-disaster on the Zugspitz mountain. The chairman of the Bavarian Zugapitzbahn AG, Bernhard Schmidt, was accused of manslaughter in 10 cases and careless bodily injuries in 23 cases. The process against Bernhard Schmidt began 26.6.66 in Garmisch and a trial term on the Zugspitz-mountain/Bavaria took place on June 29th, 1966. Photo shows Defendant Dpl.
