Apr. 18, 1967 - Kidnapper Proceedings in Berlin, accused Jurgen Henschel: According to his own confession in the preliminary inquiry did the main accused kidnap the four years old Audrey Klewer out of the villa of her grand-parents in Berlin-Wannsee in the night 21.22 August, 1966 after he had fettered the mother of the child, threatened hew with a pistol, supefied her with chlorofom and stolen from her a diamond-ring and money. From the grandfather of the little girl, a well known Berlin art dealer, he had demanded in vain Dm 35.000, --ransom. After four days the child, who had just come from Canada with her mother and who couldn't speak any German word, was found unhurt in Berlin-Spandau. In the meantime the Berlin ground had become too hot for the kidnapper. He escaped to Oslo where he was recognized according to search photos on a campaign place by holiday makers who informed the police.
