Feb. 02, 1965 - South Tyrol proceeding in Munich.: On the 16th February the proceeding against Josef Zinkl (Josef Zinkl), Peter Wittinger (Peter Wittinger), and Rudolf Hassler (Rudolf Hessler) went on in the county court in Munich. The proceedings began on the 25th January, but have been interrupted for several days. The three students are accused of having taken part in a criminal union, established by the university professor Dr. Norbert Burger from Inssbruck. The aim of this union was to make explosive assaults in South Tyrol. Photo shows Rudolf Hassler with his lawyer Dr. Seidel (above) Josef Zinkl and Peter Wittinger with lawyer Dr. Nappenbach
