World War, the proceedings against (Illegible) (Illegible)'ck - Wurttemberg) which take place at present before (Illegible) urt in Stuttgart, is marked by specialists. The defendant desputes that he has commited the crime. Schempp is accused of having murdered the 15 years old Gunther Hauser (Gunther Hauser) from Schlierbach in a wood between Schierbach and Kirchheim on the 4th of July, 1960. A plaster cast of a dot print found at the place of crime and a knife found in a car belonging to Schempps family are the most important evidences. The knife was given to the police four years after the crime and experts from home and abroad are now trying to find out if the evidences are sufficient to proof that Fritz Schempp is guilty. Of former witnesses the accused was exonerated on several points. The accuser has however find a witness according to whom Schempp has committed the crime. The judgement is awaited first in one week.
