Jul. 07, 1967 - AU PAIR GIRL FOUND DYING IN LONDON STREET A French mini-skirted Au Pair girl, 26 year-old Odette Dumourier who had been brutally attacked was found dying today among a bed of roses in a garden of No 4 Kenwood Avenue, Southgate, London. The discovery was made by a man passing by after mid-night.She had been beaten about the head and was flung over a low brick wall. Odette who comes from Paris was working for a Mr. and Mrs. Emanuel of Primes George Avenue, which is near the murder spot. Mr. Emanuel who is a company Director said Odette came to them from an agency, She did not speak much english, she was rather reserved and I am sure she would no go with strangers.
