Jul. 07, 1969 - Big hunt for Girl's killer. A hundred detectives were hunting last night for the killer of 21 - year old Diana Davidson, a research assistant at Fort Halstead, a Ministry of Defence establishment, whose naked body was found last Sunday a week after her disappearance. The body was in an evergrown ditch by an orchard at Eastlands Farm, less than a mile from the cricket field she had left at 5:45 the Sunday before.
