1967 - Hunt for killer of two schoolgirls: A post mortem examination disclosed yesterday that one of the two nine year old schoolgirls found murdered in a gravel pit near Beenham Village, Berkshire, was deliberately drowned and the other was stabbed to death. The girl who was stabbed. Jeannette Wigmore, was found by her father at about 8, 30 pm on Monday. The other girl, Jacqueline Williams was found about three hours later by a police dog during a police search. Photo shows one of the murdered girls nine year old Jacqueline Williams
