Feb. 13, 1969 - Housing Manager Accused: A detective said in court yesterday that he had watched through a bedroom door as a council's housing manager indecently assaulted a young housewife. He was giving evidence on the second day of the trial of David William Young, 57, of East Hill Court, Oxted, Surrey. At Surrey Assizes, Young, and employee of Godstone Rural Council, Surrey, pleaded not guilty to two charges of indecently assaulting Mrs. Barbara Money, of Amy Rd, Oxted, and two charges of offering her a council house as an inducement to obtain sexual intercourse with her.
