Nov. 11, 1971 - Wealthy Lawyer seduced council house wife : Wealthy barrister, middle aged Jeffrey Prowse Smith used his money and position to seduce Mrs. Hilda Lacey, aged 50, the wife of a 61 -year-old council hose tennant, councel alleged in the High Court today.
