Dec. 30, 1971 - Bank Robbery In Cologne: Three armed men robbed a bank in Cologne on Monday of ?35, 000 and, with two high ranking police at Saarbrucken. After they had freed their hostages in a forest a big manhunt for the raiders began, and yesterday the three men were captured in a Saarland village, after the ringleader was shot and seriously wounded by police. He was named by police as Kurt Vicenik, an Austrian.
