Dec. 13, 1969 - February 13th 1969 Housing Manager accused ? A detective said in court yesterday that he had watched through a bedroom door as a council?s housing manager indecently assaulted a young housewife. He was giving evidence on the second day of the trial of David William Young, 57, of East Hill Court, Oxted, Surrey. At Surrey Assizes, Young, an employee of Godstone Rural Council, Surrey, pleaded not guilty to two charges of indecently assaulting Mrs. Barbara Money, of Amy Rd.
