May 08, 1971 - Mahler-Trial In Westberlin: Advocate Horst Mahler, Ingrid Schubert and Irene Goergens are in the court of assises in Westberlin (Germany). It is a question of the liberation by force of the stores incendiary Andreas Beader on May 14th, 1970 during a visit of the central institute for social questions in Berlin- Dahlom. The former APO-(non parliamentary opposition) advocate Mahler and the two co-defendants are being charged with aiding and abetting.
