Aug. 08, 1972 - Arab Guerrilla Girls Plead For Mercy After Being Found Guilty In An Israeli Court: Two Arab girls, Rima Tannous, 20, and Therese Halasseh 19, today pleaded for mercy in an Israeli court today after being found guilty o complicity in the hijacking of a Belgian airliner. Both girls face a possible death sentence. After the girl's pleas for mercy the court adjourned to consider the sentences.
