Aug. 08, 1971 - Revolution Tribunal: The Revolution Tribunal held its first hearing at 1000 (0700 GMT) this morning at the central government premises in Suburban Heliofolis. Presiding judges are: National Assembly speaker Kafez Badawi, Councellor Badawi Kamkcuda and Presidenttial Advisor Hasan El Tohamy. Twelve defendents were present in the dock. The are: Aly Sabry, Sharavi Gonmaa, Samy Sharaf, lasib Shokeir, Abdel Monsen Abul Noor, Dia Eddin Saad Zayed, Mohammed Fayek el Said, Aliein El Abidine, Arned and Farid Addel Kerim. The trial was adjurned till September 4 to Allow time for the council toruse the file of the case. The Defence Council including 14 layers reatined by the 13 defendents. Most of the men accused retained more than one lawyer ands of the lawyers will pleade for more than one defendent.
