Aug. 08, 1973 - Migrant Plot charge: Two men were remanded in custory at Great Yarmouth yesterday untill tomorrow accused of conspiring with a third man to land immigrans in Britain illegally. The two were John Rodger, 36, company director, and Raymond Weber, 24, a captain, noth of Turrent House, Blofield, Norfolk. The third man was named a Gunmade Offers of upto £100, 000 bail for Rodger and substantial bail for Weber were rejected. The charge alleged that the offence-a contravention of the immigration Act. 1971- was committed between April land 18 in Norfolk, Devon and elsewhere in the United Kingdom and holland'.
