Jul. 07, 1974 - Young Girls Tied To Railing With Heads Shaved In Belfast: Two young girls were found tied to railing with their heads shaved, in the Roman Catholic Falls area of Belfast last night. Round their necks were placards saying self-confessed touts - Ulster along for informers. A security spokesman said: This is undoubtedly the work of the I.R.A.'. The girl were found by an Army patrol, and taken to police headquarters where they were given a change of clothed and to clean up.
