Oct. 10, 1972 -ot girl, Boy sees Police. A youth police believe can help them in their inquiries into the shooting of a 10-year old girl while she was playing with her brother, walked into a police station last night. He is Arthur William Parry, aged 17. Police all over the country have been looking for him for 24 hours. The girl, 10-year old Jean Furber was shot in the back on Monday night outside her home in Leycett, near neweastly - under - Lyme, Staffs. She was carried indoors, where she died. Parry, who walked into the police station at Banks, near Southport, Lance, late last night, was driven back to Newcastle early today
