May 05, 1972 - Passengers soldiers stormed four Arab commandos aboard the hijacked Sabena Airlines Boeing 707 airliner at Tel Aviv airport, and shot and killed two of them. Two male terrorists died instantly. One girl hijacker was seriously injured and another girl captured. Both were carrying grenades. Only six of the 90 passengers were hurt and two soldiers were injured. The jet was seized on Monday night after leaving Vienna, a stopping point on the flight from Brussels to Tel Aviv.
