Jun. 06, 1972 - The Three Rebel Shop Stewards Fail To Appear At Court And Now Face Arrest: The three shop stewards who were warned yesterday that they face going to jail if the failed to turn up at the National Industrial Relations Court this morning-failed to turn-up so tomorrow they face arrest. The court wanted to hear and explanation by the three men. Mr. Bernard Steer, a communist, Mr. Victor Turner and Mr. Art Williams, as to why they disregarded the court's order to stop Blacking an East London container firm.
