Oct. 10, 1976 - Mrs. Rabkin arrives after serving month in South African Jail. Arriving at Heathrow yesterday after serving a month in a South African jail was Mrs. Susan Rabkin, 27 who had to leave her husband David, 28, behind to serve a 10 year sentence. Both were convicted for offences under the South African Terrorism Act. Mrs. Rabkin, who was met by her father, Dr. David Morris, 61, was carrying her 10 day old daughter Franny
