Jan. 01, 1981 - Bernadette McAliskey Shot Seven Time: Bernadette McAliskey, the former Bernadette Devlin, who in 1969 at the age of 21, became MP for Mid-Ulster, was today shot with her husband Michael as they were having breakfast in their home in County Tyrone. She was shot seven time and her husband three when three men burst into their home their three children were unharmed. The were taken to a hospital in Belfast both in a serious condition.
