Jul. 07, 1977 - Silkin Prepares Counter Attack: Attorney General Mr. Sam Silkin, QC, was appearing before the appeal court today to explain his handling of the threatened South Africa boycott by the Post Office Workers Union. Mr. Silkin had been severely criticized by the Appeal judges for refusing to authorize court action against the uions boycott which the judges said was clearly illegal.
