Oct. 10, 1955 - Group-Captain Peter Townsend Meets Princess Margaret At Clarence House: Princess Margaret and Group-Captain Peter Townsend met in London last night for the first time for two years. Group-Captain Townsend drove to Clarence House last night, a few hours after the Princess had returned from Balmoral and almost immediately after the Queen Mother had come home.
