1953 - Britain can make it - and Britain can bake it'. Exhibits for international fair in Dusseldorf: Forty leading confectioners in England, Scotland and Wales are sending unique contributions to the first International Pastry and Confectionery Trade Fair at Dusseldorf, Germany from April 25th to May 3rd. The Britain Contribution, much of which has a decided Coronation Flavour - is claimed to be the largest and finest display ever taken to the Continent'.
