Jun. 06, 1954 - Former President of the Domican Republic visits Madrid.: General Rafael Leonidas Trujillo former President of the Domican Republic, now in Spain as a guest of the Spanish Government, attended military manoeuvres a th Carabanchel Camp, Madrid, accompanied General Franco and Chiefs of Staff of the Spanish Army. American war material which recently arrived in Spain under the new military agreement between the U.S. and Spain, were used in the manoeuvres.
