Dec. 26 Cuba - Venezuela Agreement on Air and Sea Hijacking - An Agreement on air and Sea hijackings and other Crimes was signed July 6 Simultaneously in Havana and Caracas. The agreement Lists a series of measures which the two goverments can take in the case of hijackings and other crimes specified in the Protocal.- This is the fourth such bilateral agreement signed by Cuba. Earlier ones were signed with the goverments of Mexico. Canada and the United States.
