Cunard liner Queen Elizabeth II, sabotage investigation
Jan. 29, 1953 - Special Sabotage Guard on Queen Liners tonight. A special guard will keep anti-sabotage watch in the liner Queen Elizabeth at Southampton tonight. Similar preparations will be taken aboard the Queen Mary, which docked last night. This follows grave suspicion that last night's mystery blast aboard the Queen Elizabeth was caused by sabotage.
