Jan. 01, 1958 - Czech Prime Minister on visit to Burma: Czech Prime Minister Mr. William Siroky accompanied by a party of ministers - recently paid a visit to Burma during his goodwill tour of the East. They went on a tour of the Great Shwedagon pagoda - and were accompanied by the Burmese Ambassador to U Kyin. Mr. Siroky donated a sum equivalent of 250 towards the fund of the Shwedagon Pagoda.
