1954 - An Arrest': The London Musical Competition Festival's Stage Dancing Contests, opened today at Conway Hall, Red Lion Square, London. Photo shows Anton Westbrook, aged 7, of Enfield dressed as a policeman marches off two of the young competitors who wandered from the contests to a nearby park.
