Dec. 12, 1952 - Danish queen mother dies after Ten day illness Queen Alexandrina, queen mother of Denmark, died in Copenhagen on Sunday, aged 73, at st Lukes Hospital. She had been ill for ten days and was operated on for an interval compliment. King Frederik his brother. prince khud hurried to the hospital but she died before they rescued her bedside.
