Delegates at International Conference, London

Nov. 11, 1969 - International Conference on Chemical and Biological Warfare.: An international conference on chemical and biological warfare opened today at 14, Jockey Fields, London. The main object of the conference will be to give publicity to the report published by a group of experts on this kind of war who were invited to compile the report by U Thant.
