Jun. 06, 1966 - Police fire on demonstrating building workers in Amsterdam. Police fired on building workers demonstrating near the Royal Palace in Amsterdam today. Six people were wounded. The workers, angered by the death of a plasterer last night after police clashed with the workers protesting about a cut in the summer holiday bonus.
