Demonstration of car with all wheel control, Stockholm
Feb. 21, 1968 - New British system for safe driving tested in Sweden, to be marketed by the Harry Ferguson Research Company of Coventry. The Ferguson Formula All-wheel-control, as the system called is designed as a package for installation in a wide range of cars. A demonstration took place in Stockholm on an icy surface of two Ford Mustangs, one converted to the new Ferguson Formula and a standard model. The fitted Mustang started with wheel-spinning and was 50 M ahead of the other after 100 M.
