Feb. 02, 1972 - POLICE CLASH WITH IRISH DEMONSTRATORS IN PICCADILLY CIRCUS, London: Police and Irish demonstrators last night clashed in Piccadilly Circus and Regent Street after a protest march and 13-minute silence to mark the Londonderry shootings. Demonstrators were forced out of the roadway and flimsy mock coffins they were carrying were smashed.
