Nov. 11, 1971 - RHODESIA AGREEMENT SIGNED MR. HEATH GOES TO THE HOUSE: An agreement to end the six -year-old constitutional dispute between Britain and Rhodesia was signed yesterday in Salisbury by Sir Alec Douglas-Home and Mr. Ian Smith. Sir Alec was this afternoon making a statement in the House of Commons.
