Nov. 11, 1971 - Sir Alec reports on Rhodesia agreement. Demonstrators in Whitehall.: An agreement to end the six-year-old constitutional dispute between Britain and Rhodesia was singed yesterday in Salisbury by Sir Alec Douglas - Home and Mr. Ian Smith. Sir Alec went along to No. 10 Downing Street this morning to report to Cabinet Ministers before making a statement later in the Commons.
